Elizabeth Perdomo is the founder of Esencia Global, where she
designs culturally responsive, trauma-informed training and
wellness experiences that help organizations build resilience,
connection, and purpose.

She has completed a Business Coaching Program, sharpening her
capabilities as a mission-driven leader and entrepreneur. As
a proud member of the Latino Chamber of Commerce, Elizabeth
continues to uplift her community and advocate for culturally
responsive support services.
In addition to Esencia Global, Elizabeth founded Esencia
Latina - a space that celebrates Latinx identity, resilience,
and community. Esencia Latina honors cultural roots while
providing an affirming environment for healing, connection,
and empowerment.
